Butterfly Koi, often referred to as Long Fin Koi, Dragon Koi or Hirenaga in Japan are exactly the same as regular Koi Carp, only with extended, longer flowing fins.
Butterfly Koi first became popular around the mid 80s in Japan and their popularity has spread throughout the world since then. Somewhat leaving Japan behind where the popularity has never really flourished, despite the love and appreciation of Butterfly Koi from Emperor Akihito.
As well as our Butterfly Koi, we also have our usual selection of pond fish and tropical fish for sale and available for selection.
